  1. I like to share two other herbs that alleviates PMS difficulties. Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus) helps regulate the menstrual cycle and relieve cramping. Another herb, Valerian show to be effective in treating menstrual cramps and PMS too. Thanks for great post. God bless.
